A job photo app your crew doesn't have to install
The photo you needed is usually the one nobody took, often because the sub never installed the app or forgot the password. A no-install tool removes that step: the link is the app.
How JobProof works, in four steps
- The office creates the job. One office login sets up the job and gets its camera link.
- Send the link to the crew. Text it to the tech or the sub. They tap it and the camera opens in the phone browser.
- Shoot before, during and after. Each photo is filed to the job with the time and who took it, plus an optional note.
- Send the customer one proof link. The customer sees the work, and can pay the deposit or balance on the same page. The office can export a PDF proof pack.
What you trade away without an app
Native apps can do things a browser link does not, such as LiDAR measurements or deep phone integrations. JobProof does not offer those, and it has no integrations. If you need them, a full platform is the better fit; see JobProof vs CompanyCam.

Do field techs need to install anything?
No. They open the job's camera link in the phone browser and shoot. There is no app and no login for field techs.
What does the customer see?
One proof link with the before, during and after photos for their job. They don't need an account, and they can pay a deposit or balance from the same page through Stripe.
How many photos can a job hold?
Up to 60 photos per job, sorted into before, during and after.
